Parkade concrete repair

Practical repairs for deteriorated parkade slabs, walls, columns, curbs and traffic areas—planned around access, safety and continued building use.

Repair deteriorated concrete before it spreads

Parkades are exposed to moisture, vehicle traffic, salts and repeated temperature changes. Over time, cracks and failed surfaces can allow water to reach reinforcing steel. Corrosion then expands behind the concrete, producing delamination, rust staining and spalling.

AMG Concrete Solutions works with strata councils, property managers, commercial owners, engineers and general contractors to assess visible deterioration and complete clearly defined repairs. Abraham Gallo, a Red Seal Journeyman Cement Mason and Construction Safety Officer, remains directly involved from the site walk through completion.

Parkade repair work may include

  • Sounding and removal of loose or delaminated concrete
  • Cleaning and treatment of exposed reinforcing steel
  • Compatible formed or hand-applied concrete patching
  • Crack assessment and epoxy repair where appropriate
  • Curbs, walls, columns, ramps and slab-edge repairs
  • Grinding, sacking, coatings and localized surface restoration

A clear, property-friendly process

We review the affected areas, access restrictions and repair quantities before preparing a scope. Work can be sequenced to reduce disruption, maintain safe pedestrian routes and coordinate vehicle closures. Photo-based documentation can support communication with councils, consultants and owners.
